Oh boy. Whatever was on the phone, it was starting to show some active interest. "Not here. We'll talk later." He hung up abruptly, sticking the phone in his pocket. Telecommunications, it seemed, were not a great idea right now.

He headed outside, walking swiftly to his bike. Something was targeting him, and quite possibly targeting Irezumi too. This was going to require speed, he felt. Sometimes, he felt like everything required him to move quickly of late.

He was already at the shop by the time Irezumi shows up. He looked anxious, a cup of coffee next to him already next to him, and fingers drumming. "Irezumi. When you fell asleep, were you doing something you would normally fall asleep during?" he asked, getting straight to the point.
