Okay, this was beginning to shift into "bad dream" territory. Or at least "surreal."

He started at the sight of the Oni, ready to bolt, before realizing what he was actually seeing. Dream or not, this all seemed sort of in bad taste. More concerning, however, was the fact that a place was apparently reserved for him. For... what reason?

Just a dream, right? He sat down hesitantly, although he was slowly beginning to process there was something more to this than just a simple act of subconscious. Sort of like... that time. But that didn't make sense, right?
