The minute those words leave Hiroshi's mouth there is a loud crash behind him. The tunnel's exit can still be seen but if he peeks inside it appears it collapsed somewhere in the middle. Someone didn't want him leaving just yet.

Mika's doll speaks again, ever unemotional. "Just two more questions. You can answer them. 'I don't know' counts."
